BA IT outsourcing causes collapse
British Airways (BA) planned to outsource 80% of its IT workforce to Tata consulting services (TCS) a large indian IT outsourcing company by dubious use of UK work visas.

Less than 18 months later BA It systems collapse and BA flights are cancelled around the world.

The CEO Alex Cruz refuses to step down and is actively trying to gag staff from laying blame where blame is due, the incompetent short sighted cost cutting management and the equally incompetent TCS.
So has anyone learned anything from this?
probably not, so lets recap.
Outsourcing does not save money it just reduces the talent level.
If outsourced employees were talented they would have emigrated, and been available as local staff.
Cutting cost on vital operations puts vital operations at risk of systemic, catastrophic failure.
Bad managers (and leaders) will always attempt to silence criticism rather than accept criticism.
In the 21st century IT is not an optional extra or luxury for most business, its a critical element, with many businesses unable to function with out it.

Anjem Choudary famous for his death to the west ranting was recently jailed in the UK for encouraging terrorism, here is him enjoying some McDonalds, so much for beliefs.

Excessive daycare created manipulative, aggressive, irrational, adult-sized children, who would have thought it. You can blame the crypto-Marxist politicians and social engineers, when you shake you head at millennials behavior.
Brexit
Speak too early? BBC and other media outlets in the UK have reported the Brexit Leave vote seem most likely, either way the vote has been close and will likely polarize the public for years to come.
With 71% of votes counted the leave vote have 14.7 Million votes a million votes ahead of the remain vote, with about 3 million votes to count.
Should the vote be successful the UK will begin negotiations with the EU parliament to exit over a 2 year period.
British pound has lost 10% of its value against the USD in news of the vote. Australian stocks showing losses on the news.
Australian Geopolitical mindset

If one looks a bit deeper,into the fact all of Australia’s petroleum fuel products are refined in Singapore it explains why the Australian government is is so reluctant to say anything to upset Indonesia, our northern neighbor who has the worlds fifth largest navy and 100 Million Muslims. It’s terror attack by a Muslim demanding an ISIS flag claiming to be part of ISIS but the Australian government says its nothing to do with Islam, because we can’t upset the people between us and our oil.

Londons Muslim Mayor
Sadiq Khan managed to get elected to be London’s Mayor. You may find this quite surprising until you see this video. Less than half of the people registered to vote actually voted.
The video mentions social housing which mean houses provided by government welfare. Migration to UK has been uncapped since the time of Tony Blair and Muslim immigration has been a large part of this migration.
We are in for some interesting times.
Them days are gone
Bureau of what? Anyway a very compelling video of what the media has censored out of the immigration debate for years if not decades.
So why do you think Muslims are moving to the west? Their societies are about to crumble under the weight of massive over breeding and dwindling natural resource to exploit. After decades of living from oil these Muslim nations have in most cases not developed any other exports and will simply collapse without oil. We are seeing just the first waves of economic migrants from Muslim dominated failing oil states. Muslims nations currently only produce 5.8% export goods as much as typical non-muslim nations. Woefully in-competitive. So now they will demand welfare from the western world with threats of violence, there are other words for that, mugging, theft, extortion.
In just 4 day we have had major terror attacks in France and Germany, just a few months after the Syrian refugee/invader crisis began.
The attacks will only get worse if people don’t awaken to the true agenda of Islam; to conquer, by any means necessary, all lands it finds its followers on.
The backlash will begin soon.
