BA IT outsourcing causes collapse
British Airways (BA) planned to outsource 80% of its IT workforce to Tata consulting services (TCS) a large indian IT outsourcing company by dubious use of UK work visas.

The CEO Alex Cruz refuses to step down and is actively trying to gag staff from laying blame where blame is due, the incompetent short sighted cost cutting management and the equally incompetent TCS.
So has anyone learned anything from this?
probably not, so lets recap.
Outsourcing does not save money it just reduces the talent level.
If outsourced employees were talented they would have emigrated, and been available as local staff.
Cutting cost on vital operations puts vital operations at risk of systemic, catastrophic failure.
Bad managers (and leaders) will always attempt to silence criticism rather than accept criticism.
In the 21st century IT is not an optional extra or luxury for most business, its a critical element, with many businesses unable to function with out it.
Propornot is Google
Busted! Google has its hands caught in the propaganda jar. This is happening because people are no longer believing the BS they hear in the MSM ( Main Stream Media), so anything too controversial is being labelled as ‘fake news’. The website ‘propornot.com’ has a list of about 200 websites that it claims are fake news services. Propornot has been discovered to be a puppet of Google. Propornot is itself fake. There are a lot of people right now scared of the truth and are running out of places to hide.
The occasional bit of fake news can be OK, we sometimes put out stories to see if people are awake and have their BS radar working correctly, its not to lead you astray it to keep you alert.
Its ironic that the press that has lied to us for so long is now wanting to attack the credibility of internet based alternative news services.
After all you must only trust official government approved news, citizen!

Everywhere the truth turns, the censor follows.
The mainstream media failed us so we turned to the internet, and now that is also failing us.
No it doesn’t look exactly like that, but pretty close.
Of course censorship means no discussion allowed.
An of course the more you censor (according to their ideology) the more tools they give you for censorship. Censoring gives ‘hero points’ which eventually allows you to brown nose your way to the top of YouTube hierarchy and development teams which is ironic given that this process will be the death of YouTube, and the final prize will be ushering in a dystopian world.
But why just censor videos when you can censor comments too?

What this means is legions of Social justice warriors and other useful idiots will on mass censor out anything that is inconvenient to their illogical, self contradictory world view.
The new cultural marxists will be ‘triggered’ (aka have a tantrum) and demand that their ‘safe space’ (aka playpen) is disturbed and demand censorship.
We are allowing insane brainwashed children to dictate what can be seen and discussed in this world, think about the consequences of that.
Often the only defense for a non violent activist against brutality, is the ability to share video proof on the internet, and now the second largest website in the world (which hosted much of this content) is about to allow third party censorship.

I was hoping someone else would bring it up in the comments section of another video, since apparently Google doesn’t like being told when their terrible ideas are terrible in a direct manner.
It’s because our data for them to mine and sell is plenty good enough for them but the mere peasants who keep them in business aren’t worthy of offering criticism.
Now that they have pretty much a global platform they’re going to turn it into an echo chamber. Activate the Tumblr hive to remove controversy. They just fail to mention that the items that are controversial to one side are the way things should be to them and their drones.
In other words, it’s going to be an idiotological takeover (and yes, I know what I typed) by those college kids screaming and shouting for people to respect their playpens… I mean safe spaces. People like Undoomed, Sargon of Akaad, etc. will figuratively have their heads put on pikes on the home page as a warning to other sane people who might expect reasonable discourse on a publicly accessible communications site.

Since they disabled comments in the other video on ‘YOUTUBE HEROES’, I am now going to post here. YouTube, imagine every generic insult a user could muster, combine it with some well-justified anger and reasoning, and you get the gist of how this comment would go if I thought you were worth the effort. Everyone, let’s go to Vimeo, Dailymotion, and Newgrounds. YouTube is no longer interested in its users and is taking its position in the online video-sharing market too far for any reasonable user to stand.

If you use Reddit you probably shouldn’t. Reddit users are aware that there is censorship, most internet discussion groups have moderators that decide whats not acceptable or relevant communication. However on Reddit (and some other internet sites) the moderation is heavily biased to push a specific set of narratives.
If you are curious about any think you see on reddit, you can copy the link and add ‘un’ infront of where it says reddit in he URL and see what has been deleted or censored. It is quite an eye opener, example further below.
Earlier this week a man claiming to be a 92 year old holocaust survivor set up a post on Reddit with the tag line AMA (Ask Me Anything). The questions were heavily censored and some answers were deleted after inconsistencies were discovered.

In the official censored version of Reddit this information was deleted twice, and the question remained unanswered. Either he is lying or the yad vashem shoah database is wrong, maybe even both. Could this be an identity theft?
