    He can try,, but the eureka flag is a GAZETTED FLAG. It is not a pennant, in which case he might have a chance. He can do nothing about the Eureka flag, or any other GAZETTED flag, ffor that matter.

    You are right, this was based on some info which was not verified, so the title should read “Queensland would like to ban Eureka flag”.
