Political Dissenters, Beware A new virus has been catalogued, and it appears to be planting and distributing child pornography files. Hackers? No. The government is planting child porn on your computer, or so an alert published today indicates.
Before It’s News has interviewed a person, who spoke on condition of anonymity, that has been a victim of the virus implantation. The person was engaged in journalistic exposure of political corruption, and suddenly police appeared on his doorstep with a search warrant specifying a search for evidence of possessing and distributing child pornography. The story is a bit convoluted here, but basically the gentleman did a little more investigation and found rogue .exe files on his computer that appeared as normal emule sharing directories but contained “hundreds to thousands” of child pornography files. 3)Nothing in section 219 or 220 makes it an offence —
(a)for a member or officer of a law enforcement agency to possess or distribute child exploitation material when acting in the course of his or her official duties; or
(b)for a person to possess or distribute child exploitation material in the exercise of a function relating to the classification of such material conferred or imposed on the person under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995 (Commonwealth).
(4)In subsection (3)(a) —
law enforcement agency means —
(a)the Police Force of the State; or
(b)the Police Service of the State; or
(c)the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions of the State; or
(d)the Corruption and Crime Commission; or
(e)any entity of another State or a Territory, the Commonwealth or another country that has functions similar to functions of an entity referred to in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d).

you will also find similar laws in each State of Australia, but this comes from 1 of the earliest CCA(Criminal Code Acts)
It really depends of on how the law is interpreted, which to some extend is the problem with the law, lack of very clear guidelines.
Go watch a Vid done by Judith Reisman, she exposes how the Laws are used by the Dept Of Justice to get away with Crimes against the Public, linking to the distribution of the C.P even on the Internet, whilst the rest of those who get caught up in it are scapegoats for the dept of Justice crimes.
The main person she studied an looked into was Alfred Kinsey, another good book is the Pink Swastika, as it exposes Hitlers SS an all those linked to the dept of Justice in his time, were also Sex Predators, an they too got away with breaking the law, by which they accuse others of doing the crime, whilst they got away scott free.

There is nothing wrong with having a different view as long as you are able to back up your view with logic, reason and evidence. That is called a valid viewpoint rather than unsupported dogma. We don’t push unsupported dogma, we want to see facts.
